Several weeks ago we have decided to downsize and move to a condo. Dave was highly recommended to us. When we met with him both myself and my husband were very impressed with his knowledge, expertise and most of all with his understanding of client’s needs and demands. It was clear to us that he and his associates would be the right people to help us with both buying a condo and selling our house. He booked us an appointment with the stager that he works with and who helped us to stage the house in preparation to list it. He also sent his marketing team to take the pictures of the house. Dave did the absolute maximum to help us sell the house and certainly did not disappoint us. Our house was sold within 48 hours from the time it was listed at above asking price.
