I have known Dave Elfassy for over 10 years. His high energy and enthusiasm made the real estate process exciting and stress free. When it came time to lease a place for my daughter's first apartment I didnt want to bother Dave with such a small project. Unfortunately, the listing agents never returned my calls. I would call my experience with the Elfassy team the long and winding road. While the outcome was eventually what we wanted, there were a few twists and turns.
