This is the third time now I've worked with Sean. And as always it was a fantastic experience. Especially during these times he had a sense of calm and knowledge that really put me to ease. He is very responsive and adaptable. To be honest, he is just a very nice guy who puts in the work required! Will be seeing him again in the future.

We made a very smart decision to hire Dave with selling our house during the challenging time of the Covid-19. We experienced difficulties with selling our house for a month and after we hired Dave, we received an offer within a week. He did an excellent job with negotiating the offer to a higher amount as well. We would definitely use Dave and his team in the future!
