<p>Very professionally driven agent who truly cares about his clients. Continued to keep in touch even when we took a couple months off to feel out the market. When we were ready to hit the market again he was always quick to respond to either a phone call or a text. As a first time homebuyer it was truly great to have someone so knowledgeable and experienced to explain each step as the process went along. Overall a very great experience for a first time home buyer with an agent that made the whole process very easy!</p>

Our experience with Dan was excellent. The process of our purchase to possession was lengthy, totalling approximately 5 months. During the process, there were many opportunities to communicate with Dan regarding small details of the home build and we relied upon him to arrange several site visits. As this was our first new home construction, we had many questions and Dan was quick to answer all we passed by him. His knowledge of the city and details of the various areas of interest helped align us with our eventual purchase. We are grateful Dan was able to help us through the process and we are very comfortable that he will continue to support us. We would highly recommend Dan to anyone looking in the Penticton area.
