We found Dan very attentive to our needs, he had good knowledge of the market, was well connected with other resources such as realtors, and lenders. He paid attention to details even to the point of reminding us about arranging utilities at our new location. We felt he was engaged and looking out for our best interest. He was always quick to respond to texts or phone calls and researched information where necessary. It seemed that finding our new home was hopeless, but Dan proved exceedingly helpful and resourceful and quickly found us a very suitable property. We highly recommend him.
