She is tremendously patient receptive and open-minded, she listened to all of my concerns, answered all of my questions, and spoke honestly from experience. I felt more than anything else she was focused on my goals, and put my needs far above any personal desire she may have had to make a sale or earn commission. She asked questions carefully and I could see that she was truly listening to my answers and weighing them against her knowledge and experience. Not once did she make me feel pressured,; in fact my entire experience with Katie was casual and progressive. I was endlessly impressed with her market knowledge and her understanding of the neighborhoods we searched. Katie was professional, very easy to work with: she was knowledgeable, and very receptive to my thoughts and ideas. I would recommend Katie without reservation and work with her again in a heartbeat.

Daniella helped us get the best price for our home in a declining / tough housing market. Her experience, and understanding of our local market helped us move forward with an effective strategy that paid off handsomely for us. While Daniella leads a team, and is quite busy in her profession, we never felt like we were anything other than the single focus of her efforts. I would not hesitate to recommend Daniella for anyone looking to buy their dream home, or sell their single largest asset for the best available price.

I have worked with many agents in the past, and Daniella is by far the most knowledgeable, hard-working, professional, honest and reliable realtor there is. Highly recommend for buying, selling and leasing!
