Katie was always available for questions and was extremely knowledgeable on the market and comparable properties, giving us lots of advice on the buying of our new home as well as selling our present home and a relative's home.

She has been involved with three transactions on my behalf. I've sold two 2 houses with her and I've purchased one also. Katie is efficient, communicative, and friendly. She has always been available to answer any questions. Her knowledge and expertise were helpful countless times. She was able come up with pricing strategies which worked very well. Both of the houses I sold had signed offers completed within 3 days of posting the house. Katie was excellent in negotiating on our behalf, and she has continued to offer support to us and checked in with us even a month after the we moved into our new home. I'm so glad I found Katie on this site, and I heartily recommend you consider her as your go to agent. She is an agent who truly listens and cares and wants to help. I'm excited for the next time I have an opportunity to work with her.

Daniella knows Hamilton. Period. We were after a hidden gem and she was the first to unearth it and help us through the whole process, all while being her genuine self. Kudos to you, Daniella! You are the best.

Daniella and her team were incredible. Throughout the process Daniella provided valuable insights into past sales and relevant neighborhood info. She updated us on a daily basis on viewings and feedback and adjusted the listing accordingly, ultimately resulting in a sale.
