We have used Curtus now for the selling of two homes, and the purchase of 3, and we wouldn't ever think of using anyone else. Curtus goes above and beyond, and has always been patient, kind, and honest and keeps your best interests at heart. We have never felt pushed into any decision, and Curtus has always been respectful of our wishes. He responds promptly, and is always readily available. Very professional, and knowledgeable in many areas, and is able to provide a list of very reliable resources needed for buying and selling your home! He definitely makes the process a lot easier! Curtus was very professional during this process. When things didn't go according to plan he helped us along an made thing right. No matter what happened he was there to help us as first time sellers and got the deal done. It did not matter what time of day or if he was away for a break he always got back to us. Curtus made the first time home buying process a breeze and was extremely helpful, accommodating and respectful of all of our decisions even with me being 7 months pregnant. Our deal was a bit confusing as we initially offered to purchase a piece of land and acreage which was not getting insured easily and he was able to write up that deal, close it, write us another deal on another property and then retract that when our original purchase ended up coming through. He was very patient with us and dropped everything to accommodate our short time frame and uncertainty on what was going to happen with our deal. I would recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home as he has the clients best interests in mind over his own at all times.

We used Curtus to sell our mother's home. He was compassionate and caring when he first met with us. He came very prepared to share comparative house prices and was honest about the state of the current market. He had an excellent, innovative and somewhat unexpected strategy for selling the home in a very quick fashion.It worked! The home sold within a day once the date arrived for us to review all offers submitted. Many of our friends and neighbours have been shocked at how quickly this has all happened. During every step along the way...we were beyond impressed with how easy it was to work with Curtus. He was very knowledgeable about real estate but also about technology.
