I'd highly recommend both Curtus Collins & Justus Smith !! They both have immense knowledge and expertise in Regina real estate. The biggest impact on the success of our sale, was their advise on how to stage our home. It made it a significantly better showing, which in turn attracted more potential buyers. Additionally, both Curtus & Justus were enjoyable to work with, incredibly approachable, and took on the challenge of selling our home with extreme professionalism !!

Curtus is an excellent realtor. As a first-time home buyer who was living in another city at the time, I appreciate his efforts to teach me technical details of evaluating potential homes, his patience in having many showings, and his flexibility in working around my need to travel from another city when scheduling showings.

He made solid recommendations on listings to look at, pointed out a lot of things I never thought to look at before and calmed my overthinking when trying to narrow down the top pics. We bought and sold a house through Curtus. He quickly picked up on what we were looking for and we only viewed houses that were applicable to us. On the sale side, he guided us through the process and the house was sold very quickly.
