Me and my partner were introduced to courtney through a mutual friend and it was probably one of the best things that could have happened! First time home buyers and having no idea what to expect little alone where we were even suppose to start. Courtney made our journey into buying our first home in the town we grew up in one of the smoothest journeys we have been through. Buying a house is scary and we didn’t know what to expect at all, to be honest I didn’t think it was going to even happen but it did and it was all because of courtney! She is exceptional and she was there for us the whole way. She’s honest and being a first home buyer not knowing what to ask or what to be careful of and what to look out for she knew and if we didn’t have that it wouldn’t have been as smooth as we got it. She deserves more then a 5 star!!

My wife and I were referred to Courtney by our trusted realtor due to conflicting schedules. Courtney came in soft and really put in the time to get to know us. Together we found the family home my wife and I were looking for. Courtneys attentiveness, attention to detail, and calm demeanour is what got us through a trying negotiation in a difficult market. Ultimately she closed the deal and we couldn’t be happier.

We met Courtney in the summer of 2020 as she was filling in for another realtor that was to be handling showings for our home who “forgot” that he had viewings on the weekend. Very quickly upon meeting Courtney we felt she had an amazing calm demeanour and was super knowledgeable about Squamish and the area we live in. We later decided when we extended our sale contract with our Vancouver realtor that we actually wanted her to be our sole realtor here in Squamish because the other agent in Squamish didn’t even make an effort to contact us for 5 months and regularly forgot keys or didn’t show up. We knew she handled everything very thoroughly and professionally. She asked important questions and kept great notes and we never had to repeat our selves to her. Courtney showed us other listings and had cool little gadgets that could measure distances, she knew about building codes and how things could be built, she gave us contractor and design architect information and we felt very safe with her to take care of any purchase we would move forward with. However, we found a good home outside of Squamish and used our original realtor who she had partnered with for the sale of our home. We highly recommended Courtney, she was always prepared and on time. Even during COVID took our concerns very seriously because we work from home and made sure our house was decontaminated before we returned home from a showing. She took great care of our cat since taking her out of the home was super stressful for the cat. Courtney was excellent in responding time even if she was busy and made her schedule work with ours even if it was a bit tight with other appointments she had. At the end of a sales year there is very little decent inventory around and I can say that we were incredibly stressed as our house sold before Christmas and we struggled to find something we wanted to buy in the area we wanted to buy in. Courtney was very kind and patient to us and pointed out why we should try and wait for the new year as that is when new listings would be available if we stay in Squamish. We are heartbroken to leave Squamish for reasons out of our control but look forward to possibly coming back here one day for a different adventure all together and will hire Courtney to help us find that perfect home. Carl and I could not have asked for asked for a more positive experience as first time home buyers. Courtney was absolutely amazing; professional, approachable and friendly. She consistently put our panicked and stressed energies at ease, answering our plethora of questions, doing extra research, and always staying on top of what needed to be done. Courtney has such wonderful insights into the Squamish market and really took the time to get to know us as a couple our personalities, but also what we were looking for in a home, which allowed us to find the best fit for us! Given that this can be both an exciting but stressful experience, something that made this a smooth transition for us was Courtneys incredible and consistent communication - we never felt like we were left hanging or in limbo, we always felt like Courtney was there on our side, with out best interest in mind. Without a doubt I would recommend Courtney - and I know if we ever decide to make a shift in where we live, she will be our go to!

Courtney is an extremely knowledgeable and respectful professional. She went the extra mile with absolutely everything when she represented me as a seller in 2019. She is very thorough, detail-oriented, punctual, and most importantly, an absolute pleasure to get to know. I'm grateful for her hard work in helping me sell my home quickly and with minimal stress.
