With the help of Courtney, we both bought our first townhouse in 2020, and recently sold it to buy our first detached home this month (Nov 2024). Each time we’ve felt so grateful for Courtney’s constant reassurance during what can be a very stressful time, her ability to both remind us of our goals while also creating space for us to laugh and enjoy the experience. She was so patient with our many questions and changes in direction, always flexible and on the ball with arranging showings (often multiple in one day to make the best use of time). Courtney always came equip with information of both the home and areas we were interested in. She also gave insight into things that we never even considered (ex. Future development, resale of areas, potential growth in the house, builder history) When selling our townhouse, Courtney gave us great advice, which ultimately helped us sell fast and for a price we wanted. She hosted open houses and private showings, and was super cautious with our furry feline friends when they were in the home. Not that we have any near future plans to pack and move all over again, but if we did, Courtney would the first and only in our list to contact. Highly recommend!!
