We both bought and sold with DiAnne and Corinne. They are a class act! They quickly got a feel for the locations and types of properties that interested us, given a balance of factors in the neighbourhoods we were looking, and assisted us in modifying our criteria as we continued to view properties. Selling, especially, is a nerve-wracking process. They helped guide us through the process, and were patient and responsive with our questions. They provided helpful strategies to employ during selling, and also worked to make sure that their suggestions were tangible and featured realistic enhancements we could do. As agents we would say their outstanding ability is in closing properties. They are there at every stage of the process, but we felt that they were really impressive in the last hours, when offers came in, and we needed good council and clear, prompt advice, in order to both try to buy a property before bidding ratcheted up the price, and to get potential buyers to an offer that we were happy accepting. Whether as buyers or sellers, we feel very fortunate to have had Corinne and DiAnne representing us!

We really appreciated her taking the time to size up the houses we asked to be shown and then her laying out the possibilities for the house and any costs she felt would come up in the near future.
