I Bought my first house with them way back in 2016 and now this year 2021 they helped me rent my house. They know what they are doing and they are more of friend to me now after so many years. They know there market and will give you an honest and unbiased advice. I would recommend them to anyone in a heart beat. The best part is they never rush you through the process and give time to think and absorb. Which at least made me comfortable. They listen to you and answer all your questions. Will only move forward when you are ready. As we all know buying home is Important decision.

We both bought and sold with DiAnne and Corinne. They are a class act! They quickly got a feel for the locations and types of properties that interested us, given a balance of factors in the neighbourhoods we were looking, and assisted us in modifying our criteria as we continued to view properties. Selling, especially, is a nerve-wracking process. They helped guide us through the process, and were patient and responsive with our questions. They provided helpful strategies to employ during selling, and also worked to make sure that their suggestions were tangible and featured realistic enhancements we could do. As agents we would say their outstanding ability is in closing properties. They are there at every stage of the process, but we felt that they were really impressive in the last hours, when offers came in, and we needed good council and clear, prompt advice, in order to both try to buy a property before bidding ratcheted up the price, and to get potential buyers to an offer that we were happy accepting.
