I don't know where to begin with Cindy DaCosta. After my fiance and I have had a terrible lost with our Condo I didn't think it would be possible to find a home let alone afford one, Having Cindy by our side has definitely made it possible if there was ever a house that came up it was almost the next day Cindy had booked a viewing to go see it whether it was Woodstock, Brantford, Kitchener or Ayr there was no distance she wasn't willing to go to, and her experience really showed through when she would bring things up during the walk though that could be potentially cost in the future or even if the Seller was being unreasonable with their price. If there was a place that we found she would research the area to see average selling prices and trends to allow us to make a competitive but safe offer when purchasing. She even found out for us one time that the house that we loved only came with 1 parking spot despite the selling agent saying there was 2 because she looking though all of the permits and zoning of the house and found that the shared parking lot was not part of the house and we could be told that we couldnt use it in the future which definitely isn't ideal. This last year really has been hard on me and my fiance but Cindy was able to make it easy with always messaging us back quickly whether it was booking viewings or just answering questions that we had about houses that we saw. I would recommend Cindy Dacosta to everyone I know and if it was possible I would give more then 5 stars, I am moving into my dream home almost 30k under asking because Cindy was there to push back against the selling agent and we are now able to afford a home that before would've looked unattainable. I cannot stress how important it is to have the right realtor by your side for one of the biggest decisions in your life and you cannot go wrong by choosing Cindy DaCosta to be your realtor. If in the future I am looking to sell my house and buy anew Cindy will be my first and only call.

Cindy has earned numerous accolades during her career which speaks volumes.It was a true pleasure to have had the opportunity to have her as our real estate agent. Cindy was amazing! Everything happened so quickly (and smoothly). She answered all questions (sometimes more than once) with patience and often went out of her way to make sure things went as planned (or to fix the unexpected things, like when the front door knob fell off). My house sold within 3 days of being listed, and I bought another property less than 24 hours later with Cindy's help and guidance. You can't go wrong with Cindy!

I have been waiting to write this review as we recently engaged Cindy DaCosta to assist in the selling of my mom's home in Cambridge, Ontario. In a nutshell, Cindy was excellent! She is a seasoned real estate agent and sales guru. She knows the real estate business and the market. Her sharp negotiating skills are a close second to her impeccable flair for customer service. We had the formidable task of transitioning my mom to a senior’s home. With Cindy’s full-service brokerage, this daunting task was seamless. We took what my mom wanted from home, and Cindy’s team took care of everything else, and I mean everything. They donated unwanted furniture and junked what they could not donate. She then staged the home to make it sell and used her extensive contacts to drum up business and multiple offers. This resulted in the sale of her home in about a week at a significantly higher than list price. This was a difficult time for all of us, and Cindy took care of us, took away the stress and, most importantly, sold the home and brought everyone peace of mind.
