From the first day they listened to what we needed, provided informed advice, and completely delivered on a plan to sell the house in a tough market. They provided support in getting the house ready to sell, above and beyond what I've ever heard of. They were excellent and speedy communicators. We first met Cindy about 25 years ago when we were out-of-towners looking to purchase a home in Cambridge. Calls, text messages and emails are responded to promptly, and her full-service brokerage was a god-send for us. We had accumulated so much “stuff” over the years that it was almost impossible to know where to begin the process of de-cluttering for the sale. Cindy and her team guided us through our donation, junking and staging phases till, finally, we were able to have a For Sale sign placed on our lawn. What happened next was almost magical. Cindy was really amazing.
