Courtney England Bender and Kathrina Kasinski (from the Cindy Cody team) were recommended to me by a coworker and I'm glad they were. They helped me find a place to live in Guelph that I'm quite happy with and that fit in my budget. They were quick to respond to any questions and to reach out with potential places. They offered honest opinions about the places we looked at and even pointed things out that I had not noticed or thought about. I never felt they were pressuring me into anything. They quickly got a feel for what I was looking for and worked with that to point me towards places that made sense for me. I would recommend them to a friend any time. I’m not sure where to start with the compliments. Kathrina and Courtney were the agents you dream of. Always extremely knowledgeable of the area we were purchasing our first home in (Kitchener), always available to help you look at properties even when it seems last minute and always able to provide timely advice to us when we needed it. Their listing tool is super helpful sending us all the new listings right to our email the second they’re on the market and helped make the process so much easier.
