Courtney and Kathrina (CourtKat) are 2 of the best people we've worked with ever. My wife and I recently had a baby and were looking to upgrade to a bigger place. Courtney and Kathrina helped us find our new home and sell our current one seamlessly. They worked around our difficult schedules without issue, having to show houses twice on many occasions as my wife and I could not always go together. Selling with them was a breeze and done quickly (less than a week) with the utmost care. They are 2 of the most professional, wholesome, hard working, dedicated and passionate people you'll ever meet. They really know their stuff (as they grew up here) and gave us a great feeling of confidence having them in our corner buying and selling. Both of them went above and beyond our expectations. Kathrina Kasinski was highly professional and very detail oriented while guiding us throughout the stressful process of buying our home here in Kitchener.
