Kathrina and Courtney are an incredible team. They helped my mom sell her home and then a few years later, her condo unit. They are extremely helpful, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the market. They are quick to answer any question we have and always advise by giving their professional opinion. My mom got a fantastic price on both sales and we’re so pleased that Kathrina and Courtney were able to make that happen! When and if the time comes for my husband and I to sell our home, we will certainly be giving Kathrina and Courtney a call.

We worked with John and Mimoza to sell our semi-detached house in Kitchener and buy a new house in Waterloo. They were very professional and did a great job advising us on how to best stage our home. We sold our house in less than a week for an excellent price. When buying our new house they were knowledgeable on the different neighborhoods and very accommodating for setting up showings and putting offers in. They gave good advice on what realistic offers would be and we were able to find an amazing home! Overall we are very happy with our experience and would recommend them to our family and friends.
