Christy helped me buy my first home in Alberta and she worked diligently to get me what I was looking for. She was knowledgeable and easy to work with and most of all honest.

Christy is very professional, positive, great energy and knows the market and always answered questions and requests promptly. I can not recommend her and her team enough they absolutely took care of and thought of everything start to finish. I both purchased and sold a house at the same time and everything went as smoothly as could be.

Finding a good realtor can be challenging as everyone has a recommendation. I am happy to say I never have to find one again! I was lucky enough to pick Christy who immediately proved her dedication and commitment by showing me a house on very short notice. She was always quick to respond to my texts and phone calls, despite my odd working hours and schedule. Christy was extremely realistic and honest with me when it came to my expectations of the house I wanted, and did a great job finding something that suited my lifestyle in the location I desired. When a few repairs were not completed as apart of conditions upon purchase, Christy and Connie worked hard to ensure everything was as promised in the contract. At one point I was unsure if a certain repair could be completed, and told Connie not to worry, but she wouldn't take no for an answer. Within a week my jet tub was repaired thanks to her diligence, Thanks Christy and Connie for your help, I love my house!

I can’t say enough about our experience! Prior to Christy stepping in, my husband and I were dealing with a realtor that put zero effort into selling our home. It sat on the market for one year with no offers or viewings during a market boom!! After we hired Christy and her team, she staged our home, listed and had it sold WITHIN A MONTH! We couldn’t be happier with the result and are just sorry we didn’t use her team to sell our home in the first place. Thank you, Christy, for helping us sell our home!!
