Christy is a very skilled realtor. She takes the time to get to know her clients and ensures they don't rush into something that is not right for them. Having worked with her on a buy and sell scenario I felt reassured on both ends of the process. She kept me calm when the world was spinning, and made sure my needs were met. She also remained engaged after the process was complete and helped to sort out a few build deficiencies I had to go through. I can't thank Christy enough for her skill, expertise and devotion. I have recommended her to others and will continue to do so. If you want someone who goes above and beyond Christy is the one for you, without doubt!

I would be a very tough client for any realtor. I have been selling new homes for over a decade and came to know Christy through work as she is my builder's listing agent and we have worked together with clients over the past 5 years. I find Christy to be very professional and a tell it like it is business person. Essentially she operates very much the same as I do. I have her work with my clients to sell their existing home after purchasing a home from me. I refer all of my clients to Christy with the upmost confidence and have never had an issue. When it was time for me to purchase a home as an investment I found the home that was perfect for my situation and through the negotiation process i was ready to sign on the dotted line and Christy said, "no no not yet". She managed to shave another $2500 of the heavily negotiated price much to my surprise. Forward a year and I was at it again purchasing another home. Again were in a multiple bid scenario and this time i wanted a little more off. Christy this time said we must move on the price we have as the seller will not move on the price. She was right again. Both purchases I couldn't be happier with. As always much respect to Christie and her team for their professionalism and availability. Always very responsive and lots of connections to make the world go round such as appliances connections, lawyer connections etc. You cannot go wrong employing the services of Christy and her team!
