We can’t say enough good things about Christy and her team! She was very accurate in the pricing of our home for sale and we felt she was very effective in getting us top dollar. We even sold for over our asking price! She was always very respectful of our home and gave excellent guidance in prepping our home for the sale. One of her many great qualities we found most valuable was her calm demeanour. Selling a home can be quite stressful and Christy made it so much easier. She is an absolute pleasure to work with!!

I have been selling new homes since 2005. I met Christy and her team through my current builder, Homes by Avi that I have been working for since 2017. Christy and her team take care of Homes by Avi's quick possession listings. Over the years Christy and I have done many deals together. I decided to purchase a second home for my family and called up Christy. She was very patient with me and let me do my thing. We finally found the perfect home for our needs and started negotiating on the price. I was ready to sign on the dotted line and Christy said, "no no no not yet". Much to my surprise she managed to shave another $2500 of the price. Move forward a year and in the late summer/fall of 2021 I was back at it looking for yet another home. After a few months we found the home that checked all of the boxes. This time we again were in a multiple offer scenario and I was adamant that we could get more money off. Christy convinced me that we needed to move on this home if we wanted it and the seller was not going to budge. I am so happy I took her advice. We could not be happier with the purchase. Christy Cantera knows the business inside and out. She is professional in her approach and is a no nonsense realtor. If you are looking for a realtor who will tell it like it is and not tell you just what you want to hear Christy and her team are the people to call. I could not be happier giving her a shout out.
