Chris is a very talented agent who is well-informed and aware of market conditions. I found him to be very realistic as well and was pleased that he didn't think that my home had to be emptied and pristine like a model home in order to sell. Sadly there are a lot of agents who subscribe to this theory which I don't believe works very well and can create a lot of stress for sellers. Chris went to a lot of work to make a very pleasing and successful open house. He uses a lot of detail and was constantly in touch so I didn't have to wonder about what was going on. He has also been in touch with me since the sale of my home if it was something that he thought was of interest to me. I also valued the monthly mailings with lots of pertinent information, not just about selling your home or the real estate market, but life skills like getting out of debt and saving for retirement.
