Working with Chris was a real treat. Chris was full of information and very happy to over his advice when requested. The real difference maker for me was that the lines of communication didn't end at the signing. I didn't feel like a transaction and I've been in touch with Chris many times after that fact. I have found my agent going forward. I would recommend Chris to anyone entering the market for the first time, like I was, to anyone who is looking to be treated like a human and not a pay cheque.
