Christine is the best in the business hands down!! She helped us purchased our first condo 3 years ago. This summer she helped us sold it for a price we're very happy of. With the profit we made we were able to invest in a bigger place. So this would be the second time we bought property through her, and she did the magic again. We spent a long time debating which area to buy, however she was patient enough to always give us many options and advice. Today, we just closed a brand new townhouse in Markham!! Can't wait to begin our new life! Thanks to Christine for all the things that she did for us, include letting us park our car at her house for a week, and finding a place for us to live for a month before our townhouse closes. She really went above and beyond for us, and we just couldn't thank her enough!!

Christine is a master of the real estate market here in Toronto. From start to finish my experience with her was superb. She organized a few open houses as well as an agent open house throughout the month a bit that my house was listed. We were able to sell it at good price based on the location of the property. Christine is very knowledgable for downtown pre-construction condo, her connection to builder always get her first access of new builde project info. A few years ago, my elder sister want to invest in downtown, Christine sit with her and go through all the options, and by understand my sister's limit budget, she suggusted a few projects and got a 2 bedroom unit she told my sister is good for invest. now my sister owned that unit in downtown for 2 years, and the value of the unit is double compare while she bought it originally. by watching my sister's great return in her first real estate investment, I would like to try my luck. But i don't have a large amount of downtown payment. Christine make quick and informed decisions made my condo purchasing much easier. Christine was able to help me get my first condo fit my needs and my budget. I would definetely recommend my friends and family to Use Christine Zhu as their agent.

Christine did an excellent job in selling my house in Markham. Despite my son live in a very mess style with the property, She looked after getting the property prepared for sale, including lining up various services such as cleaners, stagings etc in advance of listing the property. She was very honest and forthcoming in what could reasonably be expected in terms of both selling price and time on the market, and if anything, under promised and over delivered. My home was listed on MLS on a Friday morning and by Friday noon, She hosted an agent open house, and her agent friends come from difference brokerage to visit my property and say hi to her. she also arrange a public open house during weekend and invite all my neighbor to see my property. the present of my house is really impressed me. Christine and her assistant worked with me every step of the way, from pre-listing, through the showing and offer process and finally to ensure the sale closed as planned. There were no surprises anywhere along the way. It was a pleasure dealing with Christine and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home! Thanks Christine.
