They made sure to have a full understanding of what we were looking for in a property and were optimistic that we would find a place that fit our wants and our budget. Their search process gave us the room to be deeply involved and selective about the places we saw, as opposed just taking us out to any and all listings that may not have been ideal. Catherine was knowledgeable, professional, and personable. She was understanding of our concerns, answered any questions we had about the buying process, and was always available when we needed her. Catherine was really on the ball. She worked hard and because of her go getter mentality and ability to network and negotiate, we were able to buy a great place in an awesome neighborhood.

Great experience from start to finish with the Christine Cowern Team. I would highly recommend their services to anyone selling their home. The staging consultation and rearrangement of my home decor I believe was key in getting a higher return on my investment. I was concerned that being overseas during the listing of my condo might prove difficult with an 11 hour time difference, but that didn't have any impact on the excellent service provided by Tara and the rest of the team.
