I knew I wanted to work with the team as soon as I sat down for my buyer's consultation. Julia told me she would get me moving before Christmas and she helped me make it happen.

We recently purchased a condo and sold our house, both on very tight timelines, through the Christine Cowern team. We were involved with various members of the team at different points of both transactions but mainly worked with Christine as well as with Catherine and Julia. We were extremely satisfied with our experience with the entire team. There are many reasons we would definitely use the Christine Cowern team in future, and are now highly recommending them to our friends. We always felt that the team “got us” and that they were working in our exclusive interests. As a result, we trusted their advice implicitly and that is something we really valued. They also listened to us and we felt that our views were taken seriously and were factored into their own work at every step. The team has outstanding resources and contacts. At many points along the way, we needed help on very short notice arranging storage, completing home renovations, planning condo upgrades etc. and in every case the team stepped in to provide exactly the support we needed (lawyer, contractors….) exactly when we needed it. The work that the team provided in preparing the house for sale was top notch. We were extremely impressed with the calibre of cleaners, stagers and home inspectors they provided and feel that this all helped enormously in making the sales process go smoothly. The team is very skilled at planning and negotiating real estate transactions and was able to guide us expertly through the process of both buying and selling. Finally, although we are now completing this process, we feel confident that Christine and the team will be there for us in future if we have any further questions or needs. They believe in building sustained relationships, and that is of great value to us as well. In short, we couldn’t be happier. Thanks Christine Cowern and team for a great real estate experience!

Working with Marian Stevens, I was impressed every step of the way. Throughout the process, Marian facilitated numerous viewings in a short timeline, and I had access to important data- and experience-based information and insight, reliable mortgage consulting, and a seamless introduction to a law firm when it came time to close. All of this support meant that I could focus on making the right decision for me without being distracted by unnecessary uncertainty. And when it came time to make an offer, Marian's negotiating skills were really impressive, and I've made a purchase that I would not have thought possible! She walked me through the buying process with such skill that I always understood what was happening and never felt overwhelmed. Even after closing, she's been amazing, working with her agency to help me coordinate cleaning, painting, and leasing. A very satisfying experience with a consummate professional!

I enjoyed working with everyone on the Christine Cowern Team! Tara was wonderful - incredibly patient, always accommodating of my schedule and on top of the research on all the (many, many) condos we looked at. I've also had a chance to work with Julia and Catherine, both of whom were warm, supportive and friendly. Lori, on the Client Care side, has provided a wealth of information and has been quick to answer all my follow-up questions after the purchase was made. Because the whole team works in such a cohesive and comprehensive manner, the process has been seamless and considerably less stressful and now I get to enjoy my new place :)

My husband and I just purchased our first home with the help of Catherine and we are so excited! We met on Thursday and had our offer accepted for a home that ticks all our boxes on Tuesday. It moved so fast, but being first time home buyers, Catherine gave excellent advice and basically held our hand through the entire experience. Her communication skills, not just with us but with the sellers, was stellar. She seemed to know exactly what to do to get us our home on our terms and also make it appealing enough to the sellers. The home we got ticked all the boxes on our wishlist and was well within our budget. The rest of the Christine Cowern team were all so welcoming, available, and helpful. I definitely wouldn't go anywhere else.

Our initial meeting with Christine and Catherine was extremely encouraging. They made sure to have a full understanding of what we were looking for in a property and were optimistic that we would find a place that fit our wants and our budget. Their search process gave us the room to be deeply involved and selective about the places we saw, as opposed just taking us out to any and all listings that may not have been ideal. Catherine was knowledgeable, professional, and personable. She was understanding of our concerns, answered any questions we had about the buying process, and was always available when we needed her. Catherine was really on the ball. She worked hard and because of her go getter mentality and ability to network and negotiate, we were able to buy a great place in an awesome neighborhood.
