Having helped us buy our first home 8 years ago it was easy to know whom to turn to when looking to sell and buy our second home...Christiaan. From start to finish Christiaan was one call away with questions, he has in-depth knowledge of the market for our area and his negotiation skills helped us get more for our first home than we would have imagined. He is a true professional and it's easy to see everyone we dealt with along the way thought the same. We were not an easy contract, everything that could have gone wrong did. It was all out of our control but with Christiaan by our side no sleepless nights were had. From start to finish this was a superb experience. Firstly, Christiaan had done considerable research on sale prices, the relevant geographic areas, comparable sales, and how our home fit within the market. He presented this clearly to us and arrived at a sale price that completely matched what we were wanting. When it came to receiving offers he was brilliant in how he interacted with realtors and negotiated on our behalf. It was a joy to watch and participate in. It was effortless! We started to see interest in our home immediately; we had multiple offers within a few days; and received our full asking price. He was always courteous in how he arranged showings and was excellent coaching us in staging our home for viewing.
