Chris is simply the best. Not only is he super friendly and personable. But his knowledge of house systems / construction is rivalled only by his expertise in real estate. He will advocate for his clients, and work hard to find the perfect house for them. My wife and I recently moved from Edmonton to Calgary and could NOT have done it without his help. He is accessible, responsive, humble, warm, informative, and above all effective.

Chris helped us with both our home purchase and home sale. His expertise with the area helped us find the right home for our family. Every realtor will handle the paperwork but he has the experience to know what to look for during showings that may not be obvious, how to handle inspection items that might arise and contacts with every trade to help resolve them. On the home sale, he helped identify what needed to be done in advance to have the house in the best position for sale and it ended up selling in one day just under list price!
