I would highly recommend working with Chris, and I suggest him to all my friends. Chris is honest and straightforward, he saw things in places that we would never have known to look for and he took the time to explain and walk through his reasoning at every step. We looked for a while before we found the right place for us. And, when we did find "the one", we felt so confident moving forward because of the experience and process we had walked through with Chris. I love our place and I hope we don't have to move any time soon but, if we did, Chris would be my first call!

He was often teaching us about what to look out for when it came to plumbing materials, windows, and condo building construction, providing invaluable insights that helped us find the perfect place. I was particularly impressed by his responsiveness-- no question was too small, and he was always available to address our concerns. Chris was incredibly accommodating showing us dozens of houses and condos all over Calgary in three weeks to help us find something within our short timeline. Thanks to Chris' negotiation skills, we got a great price on our condo. Chris was able to recommend other professionals, such as a lawyer, who we also had an excellent experience with. Overall, our entire experience buying our first home felt personalized and tailored to our needs, making what can be a stressful process feel as smooth as possible.
