<p>Chris is unlike any real estate agent we have ever dealt with. He truly cares about his client's needs, and listens to their concerns, and answers questions intelligently. I have used Chris as both a listing agent, as well as a buyer's representative. <p>Chris was ever patient having to wait almost 2 years before we made up our mind to sell. He looked after every detail (no matter how small) through to completion - even dealing with the red tape that is city dictated. It was at a very emotional and difficult time when deaths in the family resulted in the need for the sale of the house. Chris was very respectful of this and above all of his expertise, we appreciated this the most.</p>

He was sure to point out all the pros and cons of the property and took the time to really explain things; even down to point out the workmanship of the home.
