I had searched for a few weeks on my own, trying to find a good investment property, when I came upon a listing that Che had listed. He was easy to work with and understanding of what I needed in terms of help with financing and legal. He went above and beyond plus helped me with condo documents and inspection. I would always use his services in the future.
