<p>My wife and I were going to try and buy without a realtor, as a bargaining chip to use with the seller to save some money off the price of the house. Boy! Would that have been a nightmare! There is so much junk that comes with buying a house: Che dealt with it; we didn't have to worry. He set us up with a lawyer, aimed us at our next goals, informed us of the little (still very important things) things we would have missed, hooked us up with a great home inspector, and he petitioned on our behalf and brought the price of the house down (which was why we weren't going to use a realtor in the first place).</p> <p>Chris also just a really great person. He was honest and cared about. He informed us about the negatives in a house we wanted, but he was also positive as we went forward after considering his advice.</p>

The condo sold within 2 weeks !!! Superior service, constant feedback and professionalism. All around amazing experience. Che was organized, friendly and we continue to use his services to this day. We sold for more than we expected and were very pleased.

After using Che to buy a house, my company decided I had to move to Calgary, so I had to sell just a few months later. Since Che is a great agent, I contacted him immediately to list the house. As expected, he had a good recommendation for the listing price, and he got the pictures done and the listing up in record time. By the time the sign was placed in the front yard, I already had showings booked, and the house ended up selling in a SINGLE WEEK! I think it took longer to load the moving truck than it did to get the house sold! Just a fantastic experience instead of the usual stress. Che is a consummate professional, ALWAYS on time, ALWAYS available, ALWAYS reliable, ALWAYS informed. He's happy to help and trustworthy. I've worked with about ten agents over the years and Che is far and away the best. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone, and I will be contacting him when I need to buy another home. Whatever he's getting paid, he deserves double!
