Che is knowledgeable, honest, prompt, and easy to approach. When we bought our family home, we truly felt he operated client first. This is why, when we decided to purchase an investment property, we did not hesitate to call Che. He has proven to have a large breadth of experience, which he is more than willing to share. When we ask for his opinion, he is very realistic, and never have I felt he was trying to excite us into a purchase. He helps us to carefully weigh out the pros and cons, taking into consideration the present market. Not only that, but he recommended a fantastic mortgage broker to us. We would recommend Che to any friend or relative, and will continue to use his services in the future!

Che was incredibly helpful throughout my entire home buying experience. He was very receptive to my needs, responsive and communicative. He asks all the right questions in an effort to ensure that he understood what I was looking for, and where I was looking, providing some helpful advice along the way and highlighted some things in neighbourhoods and specific houses that we viewed that weren't immediately obvious to me.
