Che and Wendy sold my property in 4 days! They were also instrumental in helping us go pending on a new property within a short time. They were always quick to respond to my inquiries. Their cumulative knowledge about houses saved us from making a couple of bad decisions just because we fell in love with the cosmetics of a place and it helped us become more house savvy. I have used Che for two past purchases and will continue to use his services exclusively. I highly recommend this team for all your real estate needs!
