Cheryl was fantastic . We were buying and selling for the first time in a market that was not super busy . Cheryl was able to give us all of the advice and knowledge we needed to navigate the slower period . She made us feel comfortable and at ease through a really stressful time. She stands up for her clients and does what is in their best interest . Communion was great , we never felt bad for asking questions. She was always back to us very quickly. Weather you are selling a little condo like us or a large home Cheryl treats everyone equally . We never felt as though we were fighting for her time or were unimportant. My family is in a new home we love and we have Cheryl to thank for that .
