I was very pleased with my experience with Cheryl as my realtor. She is very knowledgeable about leasehold properties which was important for the sake of my home. She is professional, pleasant, and knows her stuff. I highly recommend her.

Cheryl is the absolute best. I googled “Top Victoria Realtors” and Cheryl’s name was at the top, and for good reason. This was our first time buying a home but the process could not have gone any smoother. We had a tight timeline but Cheryl was attentive, communicative, and made us feel like we were in good hands. Can’t recommend Cheryl enough.
