I don’t even know where to begin. Chels has been so patient with me from the second I knew it was time I get into the market. She knew my budget from the get go and promised me that no matter what, we were going to find my dream home at a price that would work for me, even in this crazy Ottawa market. She was always there to answer my panicked texts and phone calls, stressing about the overwhelming experience of becoming a first time home buyer. Every single time, she would kindly remind me that “everything happens for a reason” and that “if it’s meant to be, it’ll be”. This girl has been more than my real estate agent. She has been a confidante, a shoulder to cry on and most of all, a FRIEND. This whole process has been nothing short of seamless. Chelsea really cares for your best interest. She is trustworthy. As first time home buyers we were very clueless about the entire process and had to give her our entire trust on what she thought was best - and it was easy to do so. She was looking out for us and really made the process smooth sailing. She was also always available to us.

This review will not do our experience with Chelsea justice, we could not have been in better hands! As first time home buyers, we were of course nervous and excited to enter the market. Chelsea knows how to get things done! Within a week we had met with Chelsea, toured a couple homes, had an offer accepted and completed a home inspection! Chelsea made the entire process seamless.
