It was awesome to have Chelsea leading us to sell our home in Orleans. She was efficient in her work, very knowledgeable about fair value in the east end, and great to work with. Even in the middle of unforeseen legal issues on the buyer's side (completely outside of my or Chelsea's control), she was calm and handled the situation with poise. Ultimately, the result was exactly what we needed. We will definitely work with Chelsea again!
