We had limited time and a number of residences we asked to see. Chad was well organized with conveniently scheduled viewings and spent his entire day with us. He also worked extra hours in the evening to ensure our needs were met. At the end he was there every step of the way. He recommended local agencies needed to close our purchase when asked and since we live in a different Province he even volunteered to contact people on our behalf. The experience was great and stress free.

Chad went out of his way for us at every turn and spent a great deal of his time with us during our purchase.As we had to return to BC Chad was a great help with procuring the local assistance necessary,with many great suggestions,to finalize our deal.Buying a new home is never a stress free endeavor but with Chad's humor and professionalism through the process we had a very positive experience.
