Chad was awesome to work with , kind , knowledgeable, easy to talk to , always available within minutes for any questions, we’ve sold a few homes in the past I would put him at the top of our list for realtors , would give him more than 5 stars if we could .

Chad was very helpful with the entire process and as we were not there to sign all the documents he made the process go smoothly. His skills negotiating are great and I have feel very comfortable contacting him with any questions. He set everything up to make the long distant purchase simple!!
