In the process of me deciding to sell my house I didn’t hesitate to call the Silbernagel team again for their help. I found them all to be very professional, friendly and personable with me in this potentially very stressful time. Never did I feel that my questions or concerns were taken lightly, and answered with knowledgeable insight regarding market trends for my area, my house, my timeline etc. I feel like the Silbernagel team treated me like family and had my best interest at heart. I would definitely recommend this team to anyone selling/buying a home, they do the work to get you through the process. I consider them family, and would use them again. Cecilia and the Silbernagel team have an excellent understanding of the Richmond Hill market, having been in business for decades. At the purchasing end, Cecilia listened carefully to our initial expectations, helped us modify those expectations and guided us through the purchase of our condo. With the sale of our house, Cecilia was realistic and forthright with us, describing the challenges of the changing market through the fall of 2017 into 2018.

Dylan helped me and my girlfriend purchase our first home. Buying a home for the first time is scary, but Dylan put us at ease right with his personable attitude and displaying his genuine desire for us to have a positive home buying experience. From the start Dylan was great about answering my numerous first time home buyer type questions (i.e., process) in an easy to understand way and any that came along the way. Dylan streamlined the house searching process by providing us with access to a nifty real estate website that let us communicate and identify dwellings of interest. This really made it an enjoyable part of the process. Our choices helped Dylan know what we were looking for, in addition to notes and desires we shared verbally. Dylan expediently would take identified choices and those he hand picked based on our taste and set up site visits of a few at a time. Dylan was always on time, available, well prepared/informed and able to answer questions, and happy to provide advice. I would happily recommend the Silbernagel's to anyone in the market.

After initial email contact Cec quickly understood our needs and important features so that when we visited we were able to view, negotiate and close the deal in a weeks visit. The rapport that she established with the landlords agents was vital in securing the property whilst the banks sorted out the deposit transfer.</p> <p>The service that we received was excellent.</p>
