She always acted in a professional manner. She provided in depth analysis of the local market and she personally visited similar homes in the area to make sure our pricing was right. Cec kept me informed every step of the way. If anyone needs an agent either buying or selling then I whole heartedly recommend Cec Silbernagel. Cec is an excellent negotiator and this can often often be the key to successfully completing any transaction.
