<p>Cathy was a great resource as we navigated this crazy market. While we searched for our out of area home, she kept us up to date on what was happening in the area. She got us ready for what was needed to prep our house for sale. Since we bought before we sold, we needed things to move quickly, once we were ready to sell. We had done all the prep work that was recommended by Cathy and her team. Once we confirmed our purchase, she made things happen. Staging, pictures video... Result was that our house moved quickly. We did not have time to worry about getting our house sold.</p>

Selling our home was a major decision and step for us that we did not take lightly but Cathy was amazing, she made the whole experience seamless and exciting because of her understanding of the housing market and her engaging personality. Cathy was very thorough and professional and she did a lot more for us than I ever expected from a Realtor. I really appreciated how she was on top of things with her attention to details and how she kept us informed every step of the way. Cathy’s problem-solving skills, honesty and integrity is why I will call her up again for our next move! I am so thankful to have had Cathy as an agent.
