I am so pleased that I met Cathy. Her knowledge, advice, and responsiveness allowed me to find and buy a property in one week! I had an offer with a 4- week close on my previous property in another town. Cathy sprung into action and helped me find a new home with a 3- week close! Her knowledge of neighbourhoods and gentle guiding allowed me to filter all my options, prioritize and be realistic, and pinpoint the ideal property quickly. I followed her advice in negotiating and gained several thousand dollars. She clearly cared about placing me in a neighbourhood that matched my personality. I definitely recommend Cathy if you are looking for an agent.

Cathy was an amazing agent in our search for a new home. She knew the market in the areas we searched so well (even though presented asking prices could vary significantly, she could tell us the real value of the home with incredible accuracy in helping to guide us to the best choices for bids and negotiations). She treated us like family and guided us with skill and compassion through what might otherwise have been a very stressful experience - she made it a fun one for us! She was tireless in her supports and efforts, unparalleled in her knowledge of the market, and supremely skilled in negotiating the best price for value.
