As first time homebuyers, Brianna was absolutely indispensable in our search. Her knowledge and patience are the reason we bought a home we love dearly—and in our ideal neighbourhood! We recommend that anyone looking to buy should work with her, and we've already suggested her to several of our friends and family who are searching for their next home. We were very new to the process of buying a home, and Brianna supported us every step of the way. When viewing homes, Brianna helped us set realistic expectations for our budget without ever being discouraging. We never once felt rushed during a viewing. Brianna always took the time to advise us on common issues and potential concerns. She remembered each of the homes we visited and helped us talk through the pros and cons of each one afterward. She came to each viewing prepared with information about the property and comparable listings in the neighbourhood. She even remembered our niche interests, like having a space for our potatoes! She consistently made sure we had all the information we needed to make the right decision. We don't know how she did it, but the entire time we worked with her, we felt like we must be her only clients—which we know wasn't the case, but that's how available and attentive she was as we navigated the complex decision of buying a home. Brianna is particularly knowledgeable about the quality, structure, and types of repairs to be done in a home, and she took care to show us what to look for—windows, furnaces, roofs, cracks, appliances, and so much more. Pretty much everything we now know about home repair, renovation, etc, we owe to her. She also has a wealth of excellent contacts. While we did our due diligence in researching and getting quotes, we ended up working with pretty much every one of the contractors, inspectors, and lawyers that she recommended. All of whom, when we mentioned we were referred by Brianna, had nothing but good things to say about her too! At each step, Brianna kept us on track with timely emails, reminders and details on what we needed to do next in the process. When she was called to represent us, she did so quickly, confidently, and effectively—especially during the closing period. Ultimately, she advised us to make an offer we felt comfortable with, and it was accepted! While we were clearing conditions, Brianna went out of her way to adjust her schedule so we could access the house to secure quotes from contractors. She waited with us during these visits and carefully explained the information we received when we had questions. Brianna is a genuinely kind and caring person, and it's clear she is passionate about helping people to find the home that works for them. We agree that we could not have asked for a better realtor, and we are confident that if you choose to work with Brianna, you'll have an excellent experience.

Just closed my second real estate deal with her. I happened to be caught in one of the busiest spring market. I was able to see as many home as I needed. She was patient and professional during the entire process. I was able to purchase a decent starter townhome that is just right fit for me. Still can't believe I made it through the hectic seller's market. Couldnt have done it without her support. Can't wait to make the next purchase with her. Highly recommended!
