Brianna was absolutely lovely to work with over the course of multiple months. She worked odd hours to accommodate the process and was flexible to adapt to my schedule. Her aggressive and targeted negotiation tactics were repeatedly successful in multiple offer scenarios. In addition, the people she works with and suggests (lawyers, inspectors) were great and it saved me the stress of finding my own. An absolute pleasure to have her as my realtor.

Brianna was very professional and helpful, when we were looking to buy a condo for out daughter who will be attending school in Edmonton. We live out of province and she was able to be there during the home inspection. She also went out of her way to check on a possible leak under the kitchen cabinet. She provided information regarding the neighborhoods. I would definitely recommend her to others and use her realtor services again.

5 star agent with no doubt. I was looking for a property to buy in very tough seller's market. I had a few personal complications to fight through for the deal. I expected my search will take a while but Brianna was very professional and resourceful to help me overcome the hardship. I fell in love with the very first property she took me to and was able to close the deal much quicker and easier than I thought thanks to her. I will definitely go back to her when I'm ready to buy next home.
