He understood the market at the time of purchase and recommended a offer strategy that was selected on that first house we submitted on! For the sale of the existing home, Brendan advised on where to focus our efforts in getting the home ready for listing and identified the perfect listing price to generate interest (20 showing in 2.5 days) and getting above the asking price! Brendan was always extremely responsive and continued to support us all the way through the lawyer stage to the possession date.
