My husband and I were first time home buyers and we didn’t have a clue about the home buying process. Brendan walked us through every step and in the end we walked away with an amazing home. We couldn’t have done it without him!

He provided relevant research regarding pricing, comparable properties, issues of concern as well as how to maximize potential regarding both our purchase and sale of properties. His commitment, enthusiasm and flexibility to meet our needs were greatly appreciated. Although we had numerous specific requirements for our purchase, he was instrumental in helping us find the perfect location. Brandan removed the stress of buying and selling so that we could concentrate on finding the perfect home to meet our numerous requirements!

Brendan was exceptional. Easy to get a hold of when needed, would always follow up on questions I had. His past experience as a contractor really helped me feel comfortable buying my first home with him as he was able to help point out little things I wouldn’t have noticed on my own or with another realtor that didn’t have that experience. He’s extremely personable, friendly and made the home buying experience as comfortable as it could be. As a first time buyer it made me feel great knowing I was working with someone like Brendan. As a non-first time buyer I can only imagine it would be a better experience then whomever you’ve used in the past due to his other experience in life all helping throughout the search process. He also fought hard to get me a good price in today’s market where it is nearly impossible to get under asking. But finding a comparable and using that really helped me get a price I was happy with. Couldn’t recommend him enough
