She was well versed in the local real estate market assisting us purchase our home on a tight timeline. In terms of responsiveness she was truly at our beck and call. Brenda quickly understood what I was looking for and provided numerous options that were all in alignment. We looked at numerous properties and then made offers on a couple and with Brenda's knowledge of the area helped negotiate a price that likely saved me between $5,000 and $10,000. Brenda was always available regardless of the time of day or if it was on the weekend. Akso very patient and understanding of the stress that can be involved when making a major investment. Brenda came well prepared to our initial consultation and provided us with a very thorough overview of the selling market in the area. She provided us with solid advice and ideas and we were able to successfully sell our house within a two week time period. Brenda offered "staging" ideas that proved successful in the sale of our home. She was prompt, courteous and very professional as our realtor.
