Brenda listened and was respectful of our wishes. She was very accommodating and has excellent communication skills. We used her for both the buying and selling process. She kept in contact with us on a regular basis between buying and selling and made us feel like important clients.

Brenda was very patient with us as we were looking for a new home on and off for about 2.5 years. She did not pressure us in any way and kept us notified of the listings we wanted to see. She is very real and friendly and easy to make a connection with and we felt that she understood what we were needing for our growing family. She was always available to talk or text to address any questions/concerns we had. We're very happy with our experience with her and will definitely use her again in the future.

Brenda made everything on an extremely fast stressful trip to Regina to find a home with two young children easy. Not only was she considerate to the kids needs she brought them hot chocolates. She was able to arrange home inspectors, sewer inspectors and a mortgage broker on short notice and all were knowledgeable making our home purchase simple. She had an educated answer for all our questions and concerns. She listened to our our likes and dislikes for homes and quickly adjusted the homes she was recommending to fit our preferences. She provided amazing service and assisted us with getting a home we love within the budget provided. Honestly we can not say enough about the service she provided us with. We would recommend her or use her services again in a heartbeat.
