When we were looking for houses, we lived in the Niagara area (5+ hours away) and we were only in Brockville a couple of times to view houses. The house sold in less than a week for above asking price. They proactively put up a "Coming Soon" sign as there was an open house in the cul de sac. This generated immediate interest before the house even hit the market. They were both very personable, easy to deal with, and readily available for any questions we had.

We first met Kaleigh in the summer of 2024. We checked out one of her listings. Liked the home but the timing was not great for us. Kaleigh stuck with us for almost a year before we finally purchased a home. Kaleigh always provided prompt, friendly, and efficient service.
