Most agents do the minimum to sell their listings, meeting with the buyer, listing the property and then letting other agents do the work of taking their clients through your home. Exchange emails and texts between agents. You get the picture. You’ll get so much more with Kaleigh! She put her own sweat and time into getting my mother’s house in prime condition before listing it, like helping to clean out the garage, getting rid of garbage and other dirty work. She also helped choose the right paint colour and what rooms needed that little extra. Most agents say paint everything white. She also took care of other little details that impact first impressions that I didn’t have the time for. Kaleigh also treated my mother with dignity and respect which is what you want when your loved one has to sell their home to live in long-term care. She was a God-send. I highly recommend her.
