Brandi was amazing with my husband & myself from day 1.... (Almost a year I think of working towards finding our first home together. She was easy going, fun to talk in between Real Estate conversations. When it came down to final decisions she supported us through every step. She was thorough in the areas we were clueless in. Every question we had, she answered or was willing to research it to find the answer. We are so grateful for everything she did for us & now we have a wonderful friend.😀

Brandi is a true gem in the real estate world. Her valuable knowledge and contact base, as well as strong organizational and amazing communication skills ensured that we could close our deal despite a tight timeline and unique family needs. Brandi's friendliness and kind personality reduced our stress as we navigated some of the complexities of the deal. Cannot recommend enough! We got super lucky to be represented by the dream team of Brandi Little and Kari Pennington. They were both incredibly professional, kind, funny and went above and beyond. We really felt like they rooted for us as buyers every step along the way and made the whole process smooth and easeful (despite a tricky negotiation situation with a lot of hiccups that were beyond their control). It was a joy working with them!

Brandi was fantastic to deal with. We were initially ready to commit to a property we'd been looking at immediately but she found similar properties for us to view to ensure we were comfortable with our decision instead of going for the quick sale. She was friendly, punctual, very very responsive, empathetic to our concerns and did not rush us despite a rather insane closing timeline. She also helped navigate a deal we were very happy with, and was overall just a pleasant human we enjoyed spending some time with. We'll be using Brandi again when the time comes and she has our recommendation!
